SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE INTERN (REMOTE)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Interest in learning social media strategies and digital marketing practices
- Willingness to assist in content creation, posting, and engagement activities
- Support in basic lead generation and online outreach tasks
- Eagerness to learn customer interaction and social media support techniques
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Create and manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Curate relevant and engaging content to reach the target audience.
- Design, create and manage online promotions.
- Become the face of the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Demonstrate the ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Develop designs, banners, posts is a plus.

Programming Expertz is seeking a proactive Business Development Intern eager to learn, grow, and contribute to expanding our business opportunities.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
- Support client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
- Initiate and manage communication with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems or tracking tools
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
- Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and coordinate product/service demonstrations
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and deliver client requirements
- Contribute to closing deals and achieving assigned sales targets
- Continuously improve business development strategies based on performance insights
