1. Refund Policy

We aim to provide services that meet your expectations. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
A refund will only be processed if the service delivered does not match the agreed scope or if the committed deliverables have not been provided.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval by management.
Valid supporting evidence must be provided to justify the claim.

Non-refundable cases include:

Change of mind after purchase
Delay caused by incomplete information or lack of response from the client
Services that have already been fully delivered as agreed

Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For other payment gateways, refunds will be credited to the same account used during the transaction.

2. Return Policy

As we primarily offer digital services and solutions, returns are not applicable once the service has been delivered or accessed.

However, if there are issues with the delivered service, we are committed to:

Reviewing your concerns
Providing revisions or corrections where applicable
Ensuring the final outcome aligns with the agreed requirements

3. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
In exceptional circumstances, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our discretion before the service delivery begins.
Any approved cancellations may be subject to applicable deductions based on work already completed.
