Welcome to Programming Expertz. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Maintenance and Attribution: By default, every website we design and develop will include a “Desighned by, Developed ny or Maintained by us” notice at the bottom. This is our standard practice. If you wish to remove this notice, an additional fee will be applicable.
- Reference Websites: If you provide a reference website for inspiration, please note that we cannot create an exact duplicate. We will design a site that is similar in functionality, content, and design according to your needs, but an identical copy is illegal and will not be created.
- Existing Client References: You are welcome to refer to the websites we have created for previous clients as examples of our work.
- Payment Schedule: Payment will be made in two parts: an initial advance payment before work begins, and the final payment upon your approval of the completed project. The site will go live only after the full payment is received.
- General Terms of Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Programming Expertz until full payment is received.
- Additional Terms: Any additional terms and conditions will be discussed before the project begins.
